I have been working in the early years sector since 1992 when I first fell in love with pre-school life. I was unknowledgeable but knew I had found something I loved. In fact, I wasn't even a mum then, I was 'just a volunteer'!
Since then, I have gone through every qualification I could find, and landed up with a degree in early years education - what a tough 5 years that was, working, young family and completing a degree.
Then my very best friend and I had this crazy notion of opening our own pre-school and going back to our roots. And so Seale Village Pre-school was born. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Leaving your child with someone else is one of the hardest things we have to do as parents and we feel that 'our place' will be just what you're looking for and we look forward to welcoming you soon.
Leah has taken a step away from day to day management but remains an integral part of SVP to support Amie as manager.
Freya started at SVP in January 2021 having come from working for Surrey Council in Children's Centres and before that in full daycare. She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. Freya has an early years degree, and is mum to Beatrice and Arlo
Connie joined the team in December 2021 as our youngest member of the team. She studied childcare at college then went off to pursue other career options before the early years call returned. Connie is Sarah's daughter, and both are pleased to be working together!
Chantal joined us in January 2023, having recently moved locally. She brings a great dynamic to the team, with years of experience and her level 3 qualification to enhance life at SVP. She has a daughter Penelope who also comes to pre-school.

Kimberley has been with us since the beginning, serving 5 wonderful years at SVP. As her family has grown, she needed to adapt and a new life beckoned, so although she has left our permanent staff team, she is still with us as bank staff and we're so glad!
Pauline has been working in early years for over 20 years, a trained teacher, she worked in primary schools until her children started at pre-school and made the leap then to join the EY workforce, and we're very lucky to have her!
