Amie
Pre-school Manager
DSL
Amie has worked at Seale Village Pre-school since 2019 and took over as manager in January 2023. She has a BA (Hons) degree in Childhood and Youth studies, NVQ level 3 in childcare, Montessori pedagogy level 2 and full paediatric first aid training. Amie is also our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL)
Amie has worked in the Early Years sector for over 10 years and has 2 little ones of her own. Amie is also a Beaver leader at a local scouting group. Amie is currently completing a Forest School Leader Level 3 qualification

Freya
Deputy Manager
DDSL
SENCO
Freya started at SVP in January 2021 having come from working in Children's Centres and before that in day nurseries. She brings lots of experience and knowledge to the team. Freya has a degree in Early Years and full paediatric first aid training. Freya is our Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) and also our Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENCO)
Chantal
Senior Practitioner
Chantal joined us in January 2023, having recently moved locally. She brings lots of new ideas to the team, having worked in early years for many years and drawing on her own experiences of being a Mum. Chantal has an NVQ in childcare (level 3) and full paediatric first aid training. Chantal is also our baby and toddler expert at pre-school taking an interest in the development of children under three years old.

Melanie
Pre-school Assistant
Mel joined the team in June 2023, she has lots of experience working with young children in different parts of the world! She has also worked in primary schools as a support assistant. Mel is currently studying for her level 2 in Early Years Education and is keen to learn everything there is to know!
Carlotta
Pre-school Practitioner
Fire warden
Carlotta joined the team in February 2024. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the team after working in a day nursery and being a Nanny for several years. Carlotta has a Level 3 in childcare and is also our Fire Warden.
Emma
Pre-school Assistant
Emma joined us in September 2025. Emma is a mum and has always wanted to work with children. The children have bonded with Emma straight away due to her nurturing and caring nature. Emma is studying towards a level 3 qualification in childcare.
