Staff

We meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements for staffing ratios, and qualifications to ensure we offer high quality childcare for you and your little ones.

 

The management team are highly qualified at degree level. Pre-school Practitioners are qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare and Education.

​

First aid

All of our Pre-school practitioners have full paediatric first aid training.

​

Safe environment and staff

Our environment, both indoors and outside are fully risk assessed, as are any outings and adventures outside of our registered premises - for example, visits to our forest school site and our daily walks in the countryside and village.

​

All our staff and  any students and volunteers hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

​

Ofsted

We are registered with Ofsted to take children from 1 to 5 years old. We had our first Ofsted inspection in September 2019 and received a GOOD outcome. Please see here for our Ofsted information.

Opening times

We offer morning sessions, afternoon sessions or all day:

Monday to Friday: 9am -12pm  / 9am - 1pm / 12pm - 3pm / 9am - 3pm

Funding / fees

We offer Government funded places for 

Eligible 2-year-olds (FEET funding)

Universal funding for 3 and 4-year-olds (15 hours a week)

Extended funding for eligible 3 and 4-year-olds (30 hours a week only available to parents with a valid 30h eligibility code)

We also accept tax free childcare. 

 

Our fees are paid in advance and agreed settling in sessions are free

1 and 2 year olds        £6.50         

3 and 4 year olds        £5.50
