Seale Village Pre-school
We meet Early Years Foundation Stage requirements for staffing ratios, and qualifications to ensure we offer a high quality childcare setting for you and your most precious children.
The owners / management team are highly qualified at degree level, with B.A (Hons) in Early Years Education. Pre-school Assistants are qualified to a minimum of Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
Our management staff hold full paediatric first aid qualifications. All Pre-school Assistants will hold first aid training as and when courses become available.
Safe environment and staff
Our environment, both indoors and outside are fully risk assessed, as are any outings and adventures outside of our registered premises - for example, Forest School sessions, our daily walks in the countryside and village, and walks to the local park.
All our staff and any students and volunteers hold an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
We are registered with Ofsted to take children from aged 1 - 4+. We had our first Ofsted inspection in September 2019 and received a GOOD outcome. Please see here for our Ofsted information.

We're back to Forest School!! 3 and 4 year olds have opportunities to go to our Forest School site, or long walks locally and to Binton Wood.
Our younger children are out and about too, visiting the village or having a walk on the North Downs Way, building up stamina ready for their turn at going to our Forest School site.
More woodland events coming late Spring 2020!
